我原来担任过生产副厂长、经营副厂长,1980年起协助厂长抓全面工作,1981年起主持厂部工作。我当厂长时间不长,深感缺乏经验。去年年初,学习了胡耀邦同志《四化建设与改革问题》,自己深感在改革中厂长的责任重大,要当好一个厂长不容易,必须不断提高自己的素质。怎样提高厂长的素质?我体会要做好以下几件事:
