西固镇的干部重温宗旨，按照“三个代表”的要求，进行认真的自我批评，并落实在行动上，使干群之间的矛盾得以妥善解决。这件事充分说明了工作作风不是小问题。部分农村干部中一度出现的所谓的“龙卷风”作风，卷走的是党的优良传统，是农民对党和政府的深厚感情，决不可等闲视之。西固镇器休村问题的解决，进一步证明了在农村开展“三个代表”学习教育活动如春风化雨，是解决当前农村各种复杂矛盾的“金钥匙”。如果有更多的乡镇干部能像西固镇那样真诚地实践“三个代表”要求，农村工作就没有克服不了的困难。

If more cadres from township and town can practice the “three represents” requirements in good faith like Xiguzhen, there will be no difficulties to overcome in rural areas.
