自教育部决定在“十二五”期间实施大学生创新创业训练计划以来,江苏农牧科技职业学院主动转变教育理念,以大学生创新创业训练计划为契机,实施“凤凰学子”引领计划,建立前店后厂(场)全力推进大学生创新创业工作,培养适应国家建设需要的高水平创新人才,不断提高科技创新能力。
