对112例儿童臀部肌注后坐骨神经损伤的发生原因、临床表现、治疗和预后进行了讨论分析,提出腓及混合性损伤病情严重,宜先采用穴位注药为主的综合治疗3～4月,无效者改作手术探查和松解术。
The causes, clinical manifestation, treatment and prognosis of 112 cases of sciatic nerve injury in the buttocks of children were discussed and analyzed. It was suggested that the fibular and mixed injury should be treated in a comprehensive way from March to April, Invalid for surgery exploration and release surgery.
