As we study urbanity as a central issue of the University of Chicago’s Center for Social Studies, we can, through some perspectives, generally understand the salient issues of urban civilization and contemporary society. Urban society provides a platform for social science research in the economic field and a review of the poles of human existence. These two poles are the civilizations and folk cultures that have been established in the cities. However, due to the inherent factors of some data, the methods suitable for exploring the two states of social life will be different. Whether it is statistical techniques, representative samples or personal documents, are to a large extent confined to the category of urban society. Some of the earlier theories of social structure have made some progress in the relevant researches at the University of Chicago, but these achievements are still based on the evidence of experience. By (Parker) the book entitled (City) has built the system framework in 1915 pages - a study that focuses on all aspects of the big cities, from ecology, economics, culture and politics. These research projects have accumulated a wealth of knowledge about Chicago and about cities and modern civilizations. In addition, they have greatly advanced the theory-based approach to social science based on experience.
