口腔溃疡是一种常见的口腔粘膜溃疡性病变,以往局部用药由于唾液的冲刷和稀释,药物难以直接接触溃疡损害,影响治疗效果。我院学习外地经验(中国药学会上海分会论文资料汇编1977年,第150页)采用羧甲基纤维素钠和聚乙烯醇作为成膜基质,试制“口腔溃疡药膜”,粘贴于口腔粘膜溃疡面上,消炎、止痛效果较好。特介绍于下: 配方: 三七细粉 1.5克冰片 0.9克氢化可的松 0.2克盐酸达克罗宁 0.8克乙醇适量
