按照国家统计局《关于印发统计上划分经济成分的规定》,根据非公有制经济的具体涵义和量化标准,我们对濮阳市1978年以来非公有制经济地位与作用进行全面的调研和量化分析。由于全面量化测算非公有制经济在濮阳市尚属首次,而非公经济的涉及面广、情况复杂,我们仅能作以粗线条的统计和推算。
According to the “Provisions on the Distribution of Statistically Divided Economic Components” issued by the National Bureau of Statistics of China, we conducted a comprehensive survey and quantitative analysis of the status and role of the non-public sector of the economy in the city of Puyang since 1978, according to the specific meaning and quantitative criteria of the non-public ownership economy. Since a comprehensive quantitative measurement of the non-public ownership economy is still the first time in Puyang City, and the non-public economy involves a wide range of issues and complicated situations, we can only make statistics and projections based on rough lines.
