阐述了充分挖掘电力需方资源,可以缓解电力供需平衡、促进节能减排、扩大可再生能源的接入。指出传统的需求侧管理、需求侧竞价和有序用电在一定程度上有效利用了负荷侧资源。介绍了负荷调度的理论与实践,从系统运行角度出发,在智能电网技术的支持下,通过负荷调度将负荷侧资源常态化地纳入电力系统的调度运行,实现充分考虑需方资源的电力系统综合优化调度,提出华东区域智能电网环境下的负荷调度设想。
Expounding that fully taping demand-side resources can ease the balance between power supply and demand, promote energy conservation and emission reduction, and expand renewable energy access. It points out that traditional demand-side management, demand-side bidding and orderly use of electricity effectively utilize load-side resources to a certain extent. The theory and practice of load dispatching are introduced. From the perspective of system operation, with the support of smart grid technology, load-side resources are regularly incorporated into the dispatching operation of power system to realize the power system synthesis Optimize scheduling and put forward the assumption of load dispatch in the East China area smart grid environment.
