目的:观察家蝇幼虫乙醇提取物(MDE)的抗炎作用并探讨其抗炎机理。方法:分别采用小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性、二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、角叉菜胶致大鼠足趾肿胀急性炎症动物模型和小鼠棉球肉芽肿慢性炎症动物模型,检测MDE抗炎作用,观察二甲苯引起小鼠耳廓肿胀的病理变化,并采用紫外分光光度法检测炎症介质前列腺素E2(PGE2)含量。结果:家蝇幼虫乙醇提取物对多种模型炎症均具有一定的抑制作用,且以高剂量组抗炎作用显著,并能降低大鼠炎性渗出物中炎症介质PGE2的含量,呈量效关系,起效剂量为0.25g/kg,剂量范围为0.25~1g/kg,其蛋白含量为48.186%。结论:初步证明家蝇幼虫乙醇提取物抗炎作用机理之一与通过降低炎性渗出物中PGE2含量有关。
Objective: To observe the anti-inflammatory effects of ethanol extract from housefly larvae (MDE) and to explore its anti-inflammatory mechanism.
