改革开放和中国特色社会主义建设的过程,就是不断解放思想的过程。正确评价我国解放思想状况应基于改革开放的目标和实践效果。我国解放思想的现实根本障碍,是具有等级色彩的传统社会层级结构及其蕴涵的权力结构和权力运作方式。这也是今天我国解放思想的突破口。
The process of reform and opening up and the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics are the process of continuously emancipating the mind. Correctly evaluating the emancipation of our country should be based on the goals and practical effects of reform and opening up. The fundamental obstacle to the emancipation of the mind in our country is the hierarchical structure of the traditional social hierarchy with its implication of the power structure and mode of operation of power. This is also a breakthrough in our country’s emancipation of the mind today.
