实验以培养的SD大鼠胸主动脉平滑肌细胞为模型,用四唑盐比色试验(MTT)法及3H-TdR掺入技术动态观察发现亮氨酸脑啡肽(L-ENK,10~5~10-4mol/L)可显著抑制血管平滑肌细胞(VSMCs)的增殖及DNA的合成,阿片受体阻断剂纳洛酮(NAL,10-8~10-5mol/L)对VSMCs的增殖及DNA的合成无影响,但NAL(10-5mol/L)可拮抗亮氨酸脑啡肽对VSMCs增殖的抑制作用。
In the present study, cultured rat thoracic aorta smooth muscle cells were used as a model, and leukotriene enkephalin (L-ENK, 10-5) was dynamically observed by tetrazolium colorimetric assay (MTT) and 3H-TdR incorporation ~ 10-4mol / L) could significantly inhibit the proliferation and DNA synthesis of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) and the proliferation of VSMCs induced by naloxone (NAL, 10-8-10-5 mol / L) DNA synthesis had no effect, but NAL (10-5mol / L) could antagonize leucine enkephalin on the proliferation of VSMCs inhibition.
