以大块率、抛掷效果、炸药单耗作为响应值,选取抵抗线、孔底距和起爆位置为自变量,采用响应面法研究各因素及其交互作用对大块率、抛掷效果、炸药单耗的影响并建立了爆破效果的回归模型,确定了最佳爆破参数。现场选用抵抗线为1.3m,孔底距为1.6m,起爆位置为中间位置进行验证试验,取得大块率为1.04%,抛掷效果分数为72分,炸药单耗为0.40kg/t的较理想指标。
Taking the mass rate, the throwing effect and the explosive unit consumption as the response values, the resistance line, the distance between the bottom of the hole and the detonation position were selected as independent variables. Response surface methodology was used to study the effect of various factors and their interactions on the bulk rate, throwing effect, The impact of consumption and the establishment of a regression model blasting effect to determine the best blasting parameters.
