目的：研究并分析氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦对高血压合并糖尿病的降压疗效。方法：将2014年1月～2015年5月在我院入院治疗的62例高血压合并糖尿病患者纳入本研究，按照治疗方式的不同将62例患者分为联合治疗组（n=31）与对照组（n=31），后者单用氨氯地平，前者在此基础上使用厄贝沙坦，对比两组疗效。结果：经过治疗后，联合治疗组与对照组血压、空腹血糖以及空腹胰岛素均得到显著改善，且联合治疗组改善情况显著优于对照组，上述数据组间比较差异显著（P＜0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论：对于高血压合并糖尿病患者，采用氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦的治疗方式效果理想，降压效果好，该种措施值得在临床中推广和使用。“,”Objective Research and analysis of amlodipine in combination with urban bei sha Tanzania hypertension treatment of high blood pressure, diabetes mellitus.Methods Choose between January 2014 and May 2015 in our hospital treatment of 62 cases of patients with high blood pressure, diabetes mellitus, according to the different methods of treatment, divided into combined treatment group (n =31) and control group (n = 31), the latter amlodipine alone, the former on the basis of using er bei sha Tanzania.Results Blood pressure, fasting plasma glucose and fasting insulin to improve the situation, combined treatment group was significantly better than control group, (P < 0.05), the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion For patients with high blood pressure, diabetes mellitus, using amlodipine combination treatment he sand, ideal effect, antihypertensive effect is good, worthy of clinical promotion.
