烟草是我省重要的经济作物,常年种植面积在180万亩左右,占全国植烟面积的四分之一,总产占三分之一,是我省的一大优势。我省烟叶生产的丰欠和质量的优劣,直接影响着我国卷烟工业的发展及国内外市场销售和省内财政收入。
Tobacco is an important economic crop in our province. The perennial planting area is about 180 million mu, accounting for one quarter of the total area of tobacco use in the country and one third of the total output. It is a major advantage of our province. The abundance and quality of tobacco production in our province have a direct impact on the development of China’s cigarette industry as well as domestic and international market sales and provincial revenue.
