目的 探讨不同人群胰岛素敏感性。方法 10 6 8例分为正常对照组、空腹血糖过高 (IFG)组、糖耐量减低 (IGT)组和 2型糖尿病组 ,后者又分为大于或等于 6 0岁的老年组及小于 6 0岁的非老年组。结果 与正常对照组相比 ,空腹血糖过高组、糖耐量减低组和 2型糖尿病组的胰岛素敏感性有显著性差异 ;与空腹血糖过高组和糖耐量减低组相比 ,2型糖尿病组的胰岛素敏感性有显著性差异 ,而 2型糖尿病组中的老年组和非老年组则无明显差别。结论 空腹血糖过高、糖耐量减低和 2型糖尿病存在不同程度的胰岛素抵抗及高胰岛素血症 ,但以后者为重 ;2型糖尿病的胰岛素抵抗与病人的年龄无明显相关
Objective To explore the insulin sensitivity of different populations. Methods One hundred and eighty-eight cases were divided into normal control group, fasting hyperglycemia (IFG) group, impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) group and type 2 diabetes mellitus group. The latter group was further divided into elderly group greater than or equal to 60 years old and less than 6 0-year-old non-elderly group. Results Compared with the normal control group, there was a significant difference in insulin sensitivity between fasting hyperglycemia group, impaired glucose tolerance group and type 2 diabetes mellitus group. Compared with fasting hyperglycemia group and impaired glucose tolerance group, type 2 diabetes mellitus group Of insulin sensitivity was significantly different, while the type 2 diabetes in the elderly group and the non-elderly group there was no significant difference. Conclusions Fasting plasma glucose, impaired glucose tolerance and type 2 diabetes have different degrees of insulin resistance and hyperinsulinemia, but the latter are the most important. Insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes has no significant correlation with patient’s age
