高职院校的职业生涯规划和思想政治研究,是提升学生解决问题的能力,帮助学生更好就业的重要途径。并且自媒体的迅速发展,对高职院校采用创新教学模式也带来了较大的挑战。学生在面对纷繁复杂的网络信息时,有时难免会对信息真假难以辨别。因此如何在自媒体时代下,帮助学生正确运用网络知识来对自己的职业生涯作出更好的规划,是一项重要的课题。本文通过分析高职院校职业生涯规划和思想政治教育的关系,找出自媒体时代下二者契合过程中存在的问题,然后提出了相应的解决建议。
Vocational career planning and ideological and political research in higher vocational colleges is an important way to enhance students’ ability to solve problems and help students to get better employment. And since the rapid development of the media, the adoption of innovative teaching mode in higher vocational colleges also poses a big challenge. Students in the face of complex network information, sometimes unavoidable will be difficult to distinguish true and false information. Therefore, it is an important issue how to help students to make proper use of network knowledge to better plan their career under the media age. By analyzing the relationship between vocational career planning and ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, this article finds out the problems existing in the process of the combination of the two under the media age, and then puts forward the corresponding solutions.
