选择含水苏碱的中药复方制剂前列泰片为对象 ,研究水苏碱的柱前衍生化HPLC测定方法。以对溴基溴化苯乙酮为衍生化试剂 ,18 冠醚 6为相转移催化剂 ,流动相为V(甲醇 )∶V(水 )=75∶2 5 ,检测波长 2 5 4nm ,用外标法定量。线性范围 0 5~ 5 μg(n =5 ) ,相关系数r =0 9992 ,平均回收率 10 0 1% (n =3) ,相对标准偏差 (RSD)为 0 6 4 %。重现性好 ,灵敏度高 ,为中成药中水苏碱的含量测定提供了参考方法。
Pretreatment of forefront tablet with traditional Chinese medicine preparation containing stachydrine as the object was studied to study the pre-column derivatization HPLC determination of stachydrine.
