【目的】探讨学术期刊利用异质性资源创建特色栏目的必要性及其路径。【方法】以持续竞争优势理论的资源基础观为依据,分析处于激烈竞争环境下的学术期刊拥有的各种资源及其特性。【结果】学术期刊拥有包括社会环境资源、学科专业资源、地域历史资源和人本资源等;这些资源具有价值性、独享性和不可复制性;提出以时代发展、环境变化为契机,以突出异质性资源、办刊宗旨、人本观念为出发点,创建特色栏目。【结论】异质性资源是创建特色栏目的坚实基础和必要条件;特色栏目建设是学术期刊保持持续竞争优势和提高社会影响力的重要举措。
【Objective】 To explore the necessity and path of academic journals to create characteristic columns by using heterogeneous resources. 【Method】 Based on the resource-based theory of sustainable competitive advantage theory, this paper analyzes the resources and their characteristics of academic journals in a highly competitive environment. 【Results】 Academic journals have included social environmental resources, disciplinary professional resources, regional historical resources and human resources; these resources have value, exclusiveness and non-replicability; put forward by the time development and environmental change as a turning point to highlight Heterogeneous resources, the purpose of running a journal, the concept of humanism as a starting point to create a special section. 【Conclusion】 Heterogeneity resources are the solid foundation and necessary conditions for creating special columns. The construction of special columns is an important measure for academic journals to maintain their competitive advantages and enhance their social influence.
