免疫母细胞性淋巴结病(Immunoblastic lymphadenopathy,简称IBL)自1973年Lukes报告以来,文献中已有数百例记载,现将有关资料综述如下。命名本病是一种免疫异常的淋巴结增生性疾病。近十年来临床和病理学家对本病有不同的命名,如慢性多能免疫增殖性综合征、弥漫性浆细胞肉瘤病、免疫异常和假性淋巴瘤性淋巴结病、血管免疫母细胞性淋巴结病以及血管免疫母细胞性淋巴结病伴异常蛋白血症等。
Immunoblastic lymphadenopathy (IBL) Since Lukes report in 1973, there are hundreds of records in the literature, the relevant information is summarized as follows.
