作为贯彻落实国家、省中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要的突破口,今年我省将启动实施学前教育三年行动计划,使毛入园率达到67%。为使这项工作得到有效落实,本刊特邀请省教育厅副厅长杨勇同志,就当前我省学前教育面临的形势、存在的问题,以及下一步的工作思路、重点任务等进行分析指导,为各地扎实有效地开展工作提供帮助。
