目的通过优化仪器的测定参数,探讨生活饮用水中锰含量的测定方法。方法研究AA-6300原子吸收分光光度计的条件参数,包括:狭缝宽、灯电流和积分时间,并对方法学各指标进行测定。结果在狭缝宽0.2nm、灯电流4mA、积分时间5s条件下,绘制标准曲线得线性回归方程y=0.1772x+0.0002,相关系数r=0.9998。精密度实验RSD=2.7%,重复性实验RSD=2.3%,加标回收率92.0%~105.3%,平均回收率99.4%,RSD为5.3%,检出限为0.0035pg。方法学各指标均符合要求。结论该方法分析生活饮用水中锰含量,结果稳定满意。
Objective To determine the method of determination of manganese in drinking water by optimizing the parameters of the instrument. Methods The parameters of AA-6300 atomic absorption spectrophotometer were studied, including the slit width, the lamp current and the integration time, and the methodological indexes were determined. Results Under the conditions of slit width 0.2nm, lamp current 4mA and integration time 5s, the linear regression equation of the standard curve was y = 0.1772x + 0.0002, and the correlation coefficient was 0.9998. RSD = 2.7%, repeatability RSD = 2.3%, spiked recovery 92.0% ~ 105.3%, average recovery 99.4%, RSD 5.3% with a detection limit of 0.0035 pg. Methodology indicators are in line with the requirements. Conclusion The method of analysis of manganese in drinking water, the results are stable and satisfactory.
