The unreasonable division of labor caused by the difference between the initial technology and the resource endowment resulted in an irrational “Matthew Effect” in the distribution of trade benefits between the developed countries and the developing countries and the underdeveloped countries. The impact of technological progress on fixed capital investment, human capital investment and the distribution of rights in the international economic system have become the three major channels of transmission of trade interests in the “Matthew Effect.” Endogenous technological innovation and external economic shocks are the key driving forces for developing countries to break the vicious circle of “Matthew Effect” and gain fair and reasonable trade interests.
