1 问题的提出目前小水电开发已具一定规模,全国电气化县的分批建设更给小水电的发展创下有利的条件,不少电气化县自成独立电网,成为地方工业能源的重要组成部分和补充能源。因此如何提高小水电的发电效益,用市场经济新的观念来规划开发新电站,同时用市场经济的观点去检查我们过去所建的电站的经济性,是当今小水电建设的两个重要课题。
1 PROBLEM PROBLEMS At present, the development of small hydropower has reached a certain scale. The construction in batches of electrified counties in our country has also set favorable conditions for the development of small hydropower. Many electrified counties have become independent power grids and become an important part and supplement to local industrial energy sources energy. Therefore, how to improve the power generation efficiency of small hydropower, plan and develop new hydropower stations with new concepts of market economy, and check the economics of the hydropower stations we constructed in the past from the viewpoint of market economy are two important topics for the construction of small hydropower stations.
