2006年10月,国务院国资委产权管理局组织中央企业、地方国资委、产权交易机构的代表赴美进行了企业国有产权转让监管培训。培训团主要接受了贝尔斯登银行组织的美国资本市场、企业并购过程主要环节和财务投资人在企业并购过程中的运营与监管等方面的培训,并拜会了联合国南南合作特设局,探讨了中国产权交易市场在南南合作和南北交流中的积极作用,还参观了纽约股票交易所、芝加哥期货市场等,在加州大学、西北大学听取了讲座。本期刊登的是赴美培训报告的主要内容,此次培训的另一项重要内容——财务投资人在非上市企业并购中的运行与监管,限于篇幅原因,我们将在近期另行专题刊发,请读者留意。
