小四轮拖拉机前轮体容易损坏的部位是两端的轴承座孔和配合副圈的卡簧环槽。轴承座孔损坏是指孔径磨损超限,一般是由轴承外环与座孔产生相对转动造成。比如:轴承与座孔配合过松;因润滑不良或轴承间隙过小使轴承的滚动阻力过大等。这些因素都有可能引起轴承外环与座孔相对转动。卡簧环槽损坏一般是由于安装或拆卸方法不当或在作业中前轮体与其他物体相撞引起的。一、轴承座孔的修理前轮体有两个轴承座孔,其孔径分别为62毫米和52毫米(公差要求均为_(-0.021)~(+0.009)毫米),应该根据不同的磨损情况决定修理方法。
