目的建立金莲花药材中3种碳苷黄酮含量同时测定的方法,以比较不同产地金莲花药材及不同部位中3种成分的含量。方法采用RP-HPLC法。色谱柱:Shim-pack C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈体积分数为0.35%的磷酸溶液(体积比为16∶84),流速:1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长:345 nm,柱温:25℃。结果荭草苷、牡荆苷、荭草素-2″-O-β-L-半乳糖苷能够达到基线分离;荭草苷在9.94~99.40 mg·L-1、牡荆苷在2.49~24.90 mg·L-1、荭草素2″OβL半乳糖苷在10.64~106.40 mg·L-1内线性关系良好。结论本方法为金莲花药材的综合利用和资源开发提供了参考,有利于控制金莲花药材的质量。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of three kinds of carbohydrate flavonoids in medicinal materials of Trollius chinensis to compare the contents of three components in different parts of Medicinal herbs of Trollius chinensis. Methods RP-HPLC method. Column: Shim-pack C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of 0.35% phosphoric acid (volume ratio 16:84), flow rate 1.0 mL · min -1, : 345 nm, column temperature: 25 ° C. Results The results showed that the concentrations of triterpene glycoside, vitexin glycoside and rhubarb-glycyrrhizin-2 “-O-β-L-galactoside can reach baseline separation. The contents of triterpene glycosides in the range of 9.94-99.40 mg · L -1 and vitexin 2.49-24.90 mg · L-1. The linear relationship between the 10 ”glucan and 2" OβL galactosides was within 10.64-106.40 mg · L-1. Conclusion This method provides a reference for the comprehensive utilization of medicinal materials and development of medicinal materials, which is helpful to control the quality of medicinal materials.
