本文调查了不同小麦品种在减数分裂期遇高温导致不育的差异,获得了热带、亚热带小麦育种的基础知识。把从世界一些国家征集的109个小麦品种(品系)分别于10月下旬、2月下旬、5月上旬和7月上旬播种,调查结实率。结果表明:减数分裂期处在高温条件下结实率低,结实率因栽培地区的温度、环境条件而异。秋播小麦,英国、荷兰、德国品种减数分裂期在最高气温20—23℃,最低气温16一18℃下几乎完全不育。从春到夏气温高4—5℃的西班牙品种,减数分裂期日最高气温24℃,最低气温18.5℃,结实率约为60%。同为春小麦,瑞典和挪威育成的品种与热带或亚热带的菲律宾、巴西育成的品种相比,减数分裂期遇高温结实率显著降低,这给热带、亚热带小麦育种在亲本选择上提供了重要依据。
In this paper, we investigated the differences of different wheat cultivars at high temperature during meiosis leading to infertility and obtained the basic knowledge of tropical and subtropical wheat breeding. The 109 wheat cultivars (lines) collected from some countries in the world were sown in late October, late February, early May and early July respectively to investigate the rate of seed setting. The results showed that at the meiosis stage, the seed setting rate was low under high temperature. The seed setting rate varied with the temperature and environmental conditions in the cultivation area. Autumn sowing wheat, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Germany, the species during meiosis at the highest temperature of 20-23 ℃, the lowest temperature of 16-18 ℃ almost completely sterile. From spring to summer, high temperature 4-5 ℃ Spanish varieties, meiosis day maximum temperature of 24 ℃, the minimum temperature of 18.5 ℃, seed setting rate of about 60%. Compared with cultivars cultivated in the tropical or subtropical Philippines and Brazil, the cultivars with the same type of spring wheat, Sweden and Norway had a significantly lower seed setting rate at meiosis, which provided an important basis for the selection of parents in tropical and subtropical wheat breeding .
