刘庆峰毕业于中国科学技术大学,1999年创办安徽科大讯飞信息科技股份有限公司,获得迄今中国语音产业唯一的“国家科技进步二等奖”、中国信息产业自主创新最高荣誉“信息产业重大技术发明奖”。刘庆峰如今是中国科学技术大学兼职教授、博士生导师,曾被授予“中国青年科技创新奖”、2005年更荣获中国青年最高奖励
