应用型人才培养是近几年教育领域研究的热门课题,吉林华桥外国语学院(以下简称华外)高举“公益性”办学的旗帜,以培养“知识、能力、人格”全面发展的应用型人才为目标,积极探索自身发展的道路。本文就应用型人才培养的内涵、华外应用型人才培养定位、图书馆在本校应用型人才培养中的重要作用和怎样在应用型人才培养中做好服务工作,提出了几点思考。

This article puts forward some thoughts on the connotation of applied talents cultivation, the positioning of overseas Chinese applied talents training, the important role of library in the application of practical talents in our university and how to do the service work in applied talents cultivation.
