在全民大搞土法煉鋼中,鼓风問題为重要的一部份,不但关系到能否煉出銅,也影响到产品質量。一般手拉风箱,操作起來劳动较强,需要劳动力多,佔一个爐子劳动力的70%以上,往往造成劳动力的紧张。各地在党的正确领导下,充分发动羣众,开动腦筋,人人发揮了鑽勁干勁,使用水力、风力、畜力以解决鼓风問題,获得了不少成績。我們使用馬拉风箱,代替人拉送风試驗煉铜。虽試驗次数不多,但一样煉出了銅,減少了大量的劳动力。我們所用馬拉风箱基本上是按冶金局设計图紙制造的,除傳动及变速輪軸下部支点用铁质和尚头外,全部用木材制造。傳动轮直徑2公尺,变速輪直徑0.5公
