制备了一种新型的手性磁纳米复合物(Fe3O4/SiO2/CMCD),并初步研究了其手性拆分能力。正硅酸乙酯与制备的Fe3O4磁纳米粒反应制得Fe3O4/SiO2;通过羧甲基-β-环糊精(CM-β-CD)手性选择剂对Fe3O4/SiO2修饰制得Fe3O4/SiO2/CMCD。采用傅立叶变换红外光谱、透射电子显微镜和振动样品磁强计对手性磁性纳米材料进行结构表征,表明磁性纳米复合物呈球形。同时将制得的手性磁纳米复合物应用于拆分外消旋体DL-色氨酸和酪氨酸,显示其具有较好的手性识别能力。
A novel chiral magnetic nanocomposite (Fe3O4 / SiO2 / CMCD) was prepared and its chiral resolution was studied. Ethyl orthosilicate reacted with prepared Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles to prepare Fe3O4 / SiO2; Fe3O4 / SiO2 was modified with carboxymethyl-β-cyclodextrin (CM-β-CD) / CMCD. The structure of chiral magnetic nanomaterials was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy and vibrating sample magnetometer. The results showed that the magnetic nanocomposites were spherical. At the same time, the prepared chiral magnetic nanocomposite was applied to the resolution of racemate DL-tryptophan and tyrosine, showing that it has good chiral recognition ability.
