正班组文化是学校文化的重要表现形式,也是一种教育文化。它对学生的教育不像知识传授、不像道德说教、不像行政命令,它对学生的教育是潜移默化的。苏州市彩香实验中学校,自实施能效“ACP”课堂教学实践改革以来,就很重视班组文化建设,在班组文化建设的组织体系、培训体系、文化体系、评价体系等方面都已取得了显著的成效,这对学校的能效“ACP”课堂改革和学生的核心素养发展都起到了较好的正向推动作用。
