25Ni-15Cr合金制涡轮盘运行中盘齿断裂的主要原因是模锻温度过高,晶粒尺寸过大,大部分晶界为模锻冷却过程中形成的MC脆性薄片所包复。适当降低模锻温度,并适当降低钛含量和提高硼含量,均有利于增长涡轮盘的使用寿命。
25Ni-15Cr alloy turbine disk run gear teeth fracture is mainly due to die forging temperature is too high, the grain size is too large, most of the grain boundary forging forging process formed by MC fragile fragmentation.
