我厂B2012A龙门刨自安装投入使用以来已经运行了近20年。运行情况良好,但其中直流发电机组的励磁机,近些年来经常发生故障。现象是励磁机发不出电,至使整机无法工作。经多次观察分析故障原因,主要是励磁机换向器损坏严重,经多次修理,包括二次车削换向器外圆,都没能根本上解决问题。故障率日益增加,甚至发展到一天要停机修理几次。严重地影响了正常生产,维修工作量也很繁重。如更换换向器,或者调换转子,且不说修理费用较大,而且修理时间很长,不能满足生产的要求。 励磁机的作用有二个,一是提供直流电动机励磁磁场的直流电源,另一个作用是提供直流控制回路的直流电源。对整机来说对这二个直流电源的要求并不高,只
