本文从四个方面论证了西藏和平解放，特别是民族改革40年来西藏现代民族教育体系创建的历史经过、经验和完善问题。分析了民族高等教育的领先发展对建设西藏现代教育体系的促进作用和西藏民族文化素质迅速提高的历史史实，指出社会主义制度下的民族区域自治是西藏建立现代民族教育体系的先决条件、中央和全国对西藏教育的援助和政策倾斜是根本保证。
This article demonstrates from four aspects the historical elaboration, experience and perfection of Tibet’s modern national education system after the peaceful liberation of Tibet, especially the national reform over the past 40 years. Analyzes the promotion effect of the leading development of national higher education on the construction of modern education system in Tibet and the historical fact that the national cultural quality of Tibet is rapidly rising. It points out that the regional autonomy of ethnic minorities under the socialist system is a prerequisite for Tibet to establish a modern national education system. The national aid and policy bias toward education in Tibet is the fundamental guarantee.
