冶金工业部和机械工业部最近联合召开技术鉴定会,邢台冶金轧辊厂和北京机电研究所合作的《大直径冷轧工作辊工频双感应器淬火工艺》进行鉴定。与会领导和专家认真审议技术文件,视察生产现场,检查轧辊质量,一致通过这项科研成果的技术鉴定书。为提高国产冷轧辊的质量,减少国家外汇支出,两部于一九七七年四月,把此项研制列为重要课题。通过吸取国外轧辊双频淬火的原理,在我国原用工频单感应器淬火技术的基础上,经过几年的刻苦攻关,终于研制成功。近两年来,邢台冶金轧辊厂已将这项新工艺用于多种规格冷轧辊的批量生产,并分别在武钢,太钢和鞍钢冷轧机上考核使用。实践证明,这种新工艺不仅可以达到各种大型冷轧辊预期的表面热处理质量要求,
Ministry of Metallurgical Industry and the Ministry of Machinery Industry recently jointly held a technical appraisal meeting, Xingtai Metallurgical Rolling Mill and Beijing Institute of Electrical and Mechanical Cooperation “large-diameter cold-rolled work-frequency induction dual-inductor quenching process” were identified. The participating leaders and experts conscientiously reviewed the technical documents, inspected the production site, examined the quality of the rolls, and passed the technical appraisal of the scientific research achievements. In order to raise the quality of domestic cold rollers and reduce the foreign exchange expenditures of the state, the two departments listed as an important issue this April in April 1977. By absorbing the principle of foreign dual-frequency quenching roller in our country with the original frequency single-sensor quenching technology, based on several years of hard research, and finally successfully developed. In the past two years, Xingtai Metallurgy Rolling Mill has applied this new technology to the mass production of various specifications of cold rollers, and respectively used the tests on the cold rolling mills of WISCO, TISCO and Anshan Iron and Steel.
