目前各地小学,都在大力贯彻劳动教育了。为了更好地开展这一工作,我提出如下几点意见: 一、防止孤立地对学生进行劳动教育、放松教学。有些教师认为现在劳动教育重要,教学差些没有问题,因此,降低在教学上的努力。也有些高级教师以为只要做好劳动教育工作,对毕业生的总复习就当作无所谓了。这显然是不对的。我认为劳动教育要和教学相结合。复习是为了巩固和检查学生已有和应有的基础知识,不管学生升不升学,都必须认真进行。而且,今天国家动员和组织小学毕业生参加劳动生产,正因为他们具有文化科学基础知识。放松了教学上应该做的工作,就无异轻视生产劳动所必要的文化科学知识。二、劳动教育要普遍贯彻。有些教师,因为自已不是毕业班的级任或科任老师,就认为进行劳动教育“与我无关”了。这也是错误的。劳动教育是共产主义教育重要组成部分。教育学生认识劳动的伟大意义,培养他们正确的劳动观点和热爱劳动的思想感情是每个教师的庄严任务,大家都要重视这一工作。我们应在各科教学中尽可能地并且适当地对儿童进行爱劳动的爱国主义思想教育,并指导他们从事力所能及的实际劳动,训练他
At present all primary schools are vigorously implementing the labor education. Some teachers think that labor education is now important and teaching is almost no problem, therefore, to reduce the teaching efforts. Some senior teachers also think that as long as the work of education is complete, the general review of graduates is deemed indifferent. This is obviously wrong. I think that labor education should be combined with teaching.
