采用放射免疫检测方法,观察了强啡肽(Dyn)和苯环利定(PCP)对高血压大鼠(SHR)的环腺苷酸(cAMP)生成系统的影响.结果表明:Dyn剂量依赖地降低SHR和非高血压大鼠(WKy)的外周血管中cAMP的含量,并且对SHR的cAMP生成系统的抑制作用大于WKy(P<0.05);相反地,PCP剂量依赖地升高SNR和WKy的外周血管中的cAMP的含量,对SHR的cAMP生成系统的激活作用小于WKy(P<0.05)。这些观察表明:1.Dyn和PCP通过抑制或激活环腺苷酸生成系统对SHR产生作用。2.SHR和WKy的外周动脉对Dyn和PCP的敏感性不同。P<0.01vsWKy.EffatOf ̄oncAMPconalsof ̄neP ̄Of ̄ ̄inSHRandWKyIn ̄ngconrmhationofPCP(10--'--10--'mol/L)induceadoSedrpendentinCreaseincAMPleVelsinmembranepa ̄ofbothSHRandWKy.TheEC.valueSwere9.3x10--7mol/LforWKyand5.0x10--6mol/LforSHR.Thes ̄toryef
Radioimmunoassay was used to observe the effect of dynorphin (Dyn) and phencyclidine (PCP) on cAMP production in hypertensive rats (SHR). The results showed that: Dyn dose-dependently decreased the content of cAMP in the peripheral blood vessels of SHR and non-hypertensive rats (WKy) and inhibited the cAMP production system of SHR more than WKy (P <0.05); on the contrary, PCP The dose-dependent increase of cAMP content in peripheral blood vessels of SNR and WKy was less than that of WKy (P <0.05). These observations show: 1. Dyn and PCP exert an effect on SHR by inhibiting or activating the cyclic adenylate production system. 2.
