中高职教育衔接是现代职业教育体系的重要组成部分,搭建中职生学历提升的通道,为高职专业化人才培养提供优质生源,其人才培养模式被多校探索.内蒙古民族幼儿师范高等专科学校“3+2”分段式人才培养,经历近10年的发展历程,从作为中职校为高职输送人才到升格为高职后接纳中职校生源,探索形成了从培养目标、师资、课程、教材、评价等全方位深度融合的成熟模式.
