随着社会主义四化建设、科学研究、编史修志工作的开展,档案利用的重点和利用方式发生了新的变化。由于全党工作着重点的转移,各级领导主要精力转到了四化建设上面。因而,利用档案的重点也就转向为经济建设、科学研究服务。档案馆应当根据不同对象、不同行业的客观需要和利用档案特点,把分散的档案材料编写成系统的专题资料,主动提供利用。这样才能充分发挥档案资料的作用,提高利用者的工作效率。
With the building of the socialist four modernizations, the carrying out of scientific research and the editing of history and revisionism, new changes have taken place in the focus and utilization of archives utilization. Due to the shift of focus of the work of the entire party, the main energies of leaders at all levels have shifted to building the four modernizations. Therefore, the focus of using the file also turned to economic construction, scientific research services. Archives should be based on the different objects, different sectors of the objective needs and the use of archival features, the scattered files compiled into systematic topics, take the initiative to provide. Only in this way can we give full play to the role of archival materials and enhance the efficiency of users.
