庄海军等.集流型流体电容含水率计低流速测量原理.测井技术,1995,19(6):411~415本文详细分析了用于生产测井中测量油、水两相流含水率的集流型流体电容含水率计在低流速下的测量原理。由于低流速时内电极表面的亲油性以及轻质相的油在垂直管道中趋于中心向上流动(气液两相在垂直管道中向上流动时,气相趋于中心向上流动[2],故本文有此推论),集流型流体电容含水率计在低流速情况下,含水率以对数的形式改变仪器的响应频率。低频下,流体中的水以等势体的形式改变电极间场强分布,从而等效成外电极内径的改变。按照这一测量原理,低流速情况下,仪器在0%~100%含水率范围内均有油、水分辨能力,并且随含水率的增加,灵敏度逐渐增大。静态与动态实验均与新的测量原理相符,这对该仪器在低产液并测井中的应用具有重要指导意义。

Logging Technology, 1995,19 (6): 411-415 This paper detailedly analyzes the measuring principle of the current-collecting fluid capacitance moisture meter used to measure the moisture content of oil-water two-phase flow in the production logging at low flow rate. Due to the lipophilicity of the inner electrode surface and the light-phase oil in the vertical flow at low flow velocities, the fluid tends to flow upward in the center of the vertical pipe (the gas phase tends to flow upwardly in the vertical pipe when the gas-liquid two-phase flows upward [2] This corollary), the collector fluid capacitance moisture meter at low flow rates, moisture content in the form of a logarithmic change in the frequency response of the instrument. Under low frequency, the water in the fluid changes the field strength distribution between the electrodes in the form of equipotential body, which is equivalent to the change of the inner diameter of the outer electrode. According to this measurement principle, the instrument has oil and water resolving power in the range of 0% ~ 100% moisture content under the condition of low flow rate, and the sensitivity gradually increases with the increase of moisture content. Static and dynamic experiments are in line with the new measurement principle, which is of great instructive significance for the application of this instrument in low production fluids and logging.
