通过数值模拟及热压成形试验,对某特种车辆履带板的热压成形技术进行了研究,完成了此履带板的一次热压成形。结果表明,所采取的模具结构及工艺参数合理,履带板的两端翻边处及板身凹棱处等难变形部位的成形效果良好。通过优化坯料尺寸,可以实现零件的一次成形。履带板的热压成形效率可以保证在每小时15件以上,并且生产质量较高,能够实现产品的批量化生产。
Through the numerical simulation and thermoforming test, the hot press forming technology of the track shoe of a special kind of vehicle was studied, and a hot press forming of the track shoe was completed. The results show that the mold structure and process parameters adopted are reasonable, and the forming effect of difficult deformed parts such as flanging at both ends of track shoes and concave edges of slab body is good. By optimizing the blank size, you can achieve a part of the forming. The hot press forming efficiency of the track shoe can guarantee more than 15 pieces per hour, and the production quality is higher, so that batch production of the product can be realized.
