125I放射粒子肿瘤内植入术治疗不能切除的晚期胰腺癌作为一种较有效的姑息治疗方法[1-3],有关治疗效果的预后影响因素报告较少,特别是对周围胰腺组织的放射性损伤问题尚未见报道。我院及中日友好医院普外科2001年11月—2007年11月对28例手术不能切除的胰腺癌实施了125I放射粒子
