本文以SnO_2为基体材料,通过几种稀土元素的掺杂,研制了乙炔气敏元件,大量的实验表明,掺入稀土元素钐对于C_2H_2的选择性和灵敏度有明显的提高.
In this paper, the acetylene gas sensor has been developed by doping SnO_2 with several kinds of rare earth elements. A large number of experiments show that the selectivity and sensitivity of rare earth element samarium to C_2H_2 are obviously improved.
