目的探讨工业园区企业职业卫生管理模式。方法用现场职业卫生学调查法进行调查,对两个工业园区采用不同监管模式,一家以卫生监督部门单独管理,另一家以卫生监督部门与工业区管委会联合管理模式,分析监管半年后企业有关职业卫生管理状况,评价两种监管模式的优劣。结果(1)两个工业区涉及职业病危害企业100家,涉及职业病危害因素32种,接触职业病危害劳动者2716人;(2)企业法定代表人接受职业卫生知识培训率平均为69.00%,联合管理组较高为88.46%;(3)职业病危害项目申报率平均为82.00%,工作场所职业病危害因素检测点合格率平均为95.69%,两组比较差异无显著性;(4)职业健康检查受检率、工作场所职业病危害因素检测率、个人防护用品发放率联合管理组较高,分别为: 83.21%、67.31%、88.46%。结论联合管理模式可以利于企业加强自律管理意识,提高卫生监督机构工作效率。
Objective To explore the occupational health management mode in industrial parks. Methods The investigation was carried out with the on-site occupational hygiene survey. Two industrial parks were supervised with different supervision modes. One was managed separately by the health supervision department and the other was jointly supervised by the health supervision department and the industrial zone management committee. After six months of supervision, the enterprises The status of occupational health management, evaluation of the pros and cons of two regulatory model. Results (1) There were 100 occupational hazards in the two industrial zones involving 32 occupational hazards and 2716 workers exposed to occupational diseases. (2) The average rate of occupational health knowledge training of legal representatives of enterprises was 69.00%, and the joint management (3) Occupational hazards accounted for 82.00% of the cases, and the average occupancy rate of occupational hazards in the workplace was 95.69%. Conclusion The joint management model can help enterprises to strengthen self-discipline management awareness and improve the efficiency of health supervision agencies.
