在当下的基础教育中,美术教师存在着较明显的心理冲突,即:期待领导重视与美术学科边缘化的冲突;期待成就与缺乏机会的冲突;期待学生投入与学生缺乏兴趣的冲突;期待同事尊重与同事轻视的冲突。化解其冲突的策略涉及较多方面,其中教师和学校管理者层面的化解策略显得更为重要,需要我们因势利导、自觉转型。
In the current basic education, art teachers have obvious psychological conflicts, namely: looking forward to the leadership and art disciplines focus on the marginalization of the conflict; looking forward to achievement and lack of opportunities for the conflict; looking forward to student input and students lack of interest in the conflict; looking forward to colleagues Respect conflicts with contempt of colleagues. The strategy of resolving its conflicts involves many aspects. Among them, the strategy of resolving teachers and school administrators is even more important, which requires that we make the best use of our own circumstances and consciously transform ourselves.
