现如今,最时髦的名词之一,当推“后××”了。譬如,现代城建好了,再造 一座建筑,就响亮地叫做“后现代城”。 碰巧的是,我们的进出口总值2004年11月20日达到1万亿美元,我国外贸进 入“后万亿时代”;20天后,也就是2004年12月11日,我国加入世贸组织整三年, 进入“后过渡期”;再20天后,2005年1月1日,全球纺织品配额取消,全球进入“后 配额时代”。我们前后脚地迈进这三个“后时代”也好,“后时期”也好,都标明了 一个新的开始,新的开端。
