自1994～2001年共收治小儿腹股沟斜疝223例,均采用经外环的小切口行疝囊高位结扎术,手术效果好,创伤小,术后并发症少,现介绍如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 本组病人223例,右侧斜疝113例,左侧95例,双侧15例;男208例,女15例;复发性斜疝9例,嵌顿性斜疝急诊手术9例(其年龄均小于2岁),复位后择期手术32例。患儿年龄:最小4月,最大14岁;小于1岁者16例,1～2岁55例,2～5岁66例,5～10岁
