作者用CZX4-6g/d分2次静滴8±3d,治疗13例(男10例,女3例)患其他疾病后又患重症肺炎者,有效率为85％,显效率69％。除1例出现过敏性哮喘外,其余未见任何副作用。10例测血药浓度,0.5h平均≥50μg/mL;8h血药浓度平均下降86％。
