澄合矿务局王村矿自备电厂于1992年11月23日并网发电.澄合矿务局王村自备电厂,是在王村煤矿锅炉房的基础上,由原陕西省煤管局以陕煤局发(88)378号文批准改建的。该电厂是在满足矿井供热的前提下,利用锅炉余力发电(两台20t/h 链条采暖锅炉)。王村煤矿自备电厂建设规模为2×3000kW,设计能力为年发电3174万 kWh,年创利180万元,全部工程费用1109.41万元,现在已完成1095万元,是由澄合矿务局用自筹资金兴建
